WebMagnet Design aims to deliver exceptional services to our clients. If, for any reason, a client wishes to cancel a project or request a refund, the following terms shall apply:

Project Cancellation:

If the client decides to cancel the project before its completion, they must provide a written notice of cancellation by day 1 of start date to WebMagnet Design.
In the event of project cancellation, the client shall be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date, as determined by WebMagnet Design.

Refund Eligibility:

If the client is unsatisfied with WebMagnet Design’ services, they may request a refund within 3 days of the project’s initiation date.

Refund Terms:

If the refund request is approved, the client will receive the refund amount via the original payment method used during the initial transaction.

After the 3-day period has expired, the client will no longer be eligible for a refund, except in cases where WebMagnet Design cancels the contract before the project’s completion.

Payment Terms

WebMagnet Design requires full payment in advance for all services provided.

The client agrees to make the payment using the available payment methods provided on the WebMagnet Design platform.

All payments shall be made in $ (dollars) unless otherwise specified.

Taxes and Additional Charges

The client is solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or other government charges that may be applicable to the services provided by WebMagnet Design.

In addition to the service fees, the client shall bear any additional charges incurred during the project, such as licensing fees for stock images, third-party software, or any other expenses mutually agreed upon.

Intellectual Property Rights Transfer

Upon successful completion of the project and receipt of full payment, WebMagnet Design shall transfer all intellectual property rights for the final deliverables to the client.

Until full payment is received, the intellectual property rights for the initial design concepts and drafts shall remain the property of WebMagnet Design.
